Here at Camstraps.com we have a one year limited warranty. We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. If you find defective switching or materials within one year of purchasing, please Email or call us. Return it to us and we will repair or replace the item (our choice depending on the defect). You only need to pay the shipping to return it to us. The warranty only covers our products it doesn’t cover damage done to the equipment during use. If a strap breaks from over loading, that is not covered. If you have a problem with any of our products, Email us at bill@camstraps.com as soon as possible to assist you.
